Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with a 16-year Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IP Networks, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
This role involves maintaining Data Nodes Network operations on a 24/7 basis, handling customer complaints, providing technical support, and overseeing leased line circuits monitoring and troubleshooting.
Qualified candidates will also liaise with bandwidth providers and maintain a complaints log. Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
