Job Description
Rockville Technologies Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Network Support Engineer to oversee and maintain enterprise-level networking hardware within our state-of-the-art data center. This hands-on position is critical for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical network components to guarantee peak performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing network connectivity issues, troubleshooting devices such as switches and routers, and collaborating effectively with IT teams. Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support is mandatory.
Qualifications include foundational networking knowledge, familiarity with network devices, and excellent communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
