Job Description
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our IT team and ensure the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure. You will diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN issues, configure switches and routers, administer firewalls and VPNs, monitor network health, and deliver technical support to end users. Maintain clear documentation, enforce security best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on upgrades and projects.
- Associate degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of network support experience
- Proficient in TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network monitoring tools; CCNA or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and availability for occasional on-call rotation
