Job Description
Pakistan 360 ADVENTURES is seeking dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our night shift team. If you have a passion for helping customers and are comfortable working overnight hours, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outbound calls.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving issues.
- Document call details and conduct follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Qualifications: High school diploma, strong communication skills, night shift availability, basic computer skills, and prior customer service experience preferred.
