Job Description
On Call Solutions is currently looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our team on the night shift at our PWD Islamabad location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers and manage schedules effectively.
- Communicate with drivers and clients for smooth operations.
- Handle calls and resolve real-time issues.
- Maintain trip and transaction records.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in dispatching preferred, but not required.
