Job Description
Slidey | The Design Agency is seeking a dependable Night Shift Floor Manager to oversee operations from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. This role is crucial for ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee attendance and manage break schedules.
- Enforce workplace discipline and provide daily reports to the HR department.
- Promptly report any unusual activities or policy violations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Intermediate education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Preferably possess prior supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
