Job Description
Recruitech Solutions is seeking a Night Shift Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outreach efforts, generating leads, and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients while upholding professionalism and ethical conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, send text messages, and email prospects.
- Log outreach efforts and outcomes in spreadsheets.
- Make 100-200 calls daily.
- Source client contact information from directories.
- Transfer interested clients to the Team Lead.
