Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group is looking for a committed NOC Engineer to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for monitoring our network systems, servers, and applications using advanced NOC tools and dashboards. Your duties will include detecting, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will respond to alerts and support tickets while escalating issues as needed. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is crucial for troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. You will also perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure the stability of our infrastructure, as well as generate and maintain essential documentation related to network operations and incident management.
