Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a skilled Clinical Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert nutrition counseling, create personalized dietary plans, and support patient health outcomes in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized nutrition plans, and educating patients and their families on healthy eating and lifestyle modifications.
Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff is essential to integrate nutrition into patient care. You will also be responsible for monitoring patient progress and maintaining detailed patient records.
