Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Office Boy to assist with our daily operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and proficiency in handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the office.
- Manage the receipt and distribution of mail and documents.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Run office errands, including delivering documents and purchasing supplies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
