Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Office Boy to join our team at CBA. The selected candidate will undertake essential support tasks including serving refreshments, ensuring office cleanliness, and managing errands effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Maintain office cleanliness through regular dusting and vacuuming.
- Assist with basic office duties such as photocopying and filing.
- Manage errands, including the purchase of office supplies.
- Visit banks for necessary transactions.
- Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and orderly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Must be honest and punctual.
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
– Basic knowledge of office equipment is essential.
