Job Description
Davis Group of Companies is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual for the role of Operation Manager for our newly opened Food Takeaway located in Rawalpindi.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely dish preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure timely order delivery while managing driver performance.
- Implement food safety regulations and compliance measures.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting.
Qualifications: 5+ years in a similar role, strong leadership, knowledge of food safety, inventory management experience, and excellent communication skills.
