Job Description
EWD Tech, a premier digital solutions provider based in Faisalabad, is in search of a skilled Operational Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering continuous improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage operational processes, coordinate activities across departments, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement cost-saving strategies, supervise staff, develop policies, and cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
