Rajput Travel Rathore Group is seeking an experienced Operations and Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and HR management, showcasing strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
