Job Description
Job Summary: Shelters Associates is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage cross-functional workflows and enhance interdepartmental communication. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in multitasking within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison among all departments.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows.
- Assist with project management and reporting efforts.
- Support process enhancements and manage ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace are essential.
