Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting potential customers by answering product and service inquiries and guiding them to the right solutions.
Your key duties will include opening customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, resolving complaints, and managing bookings with airlines and shipping lines. You will also coordinate with Sea Port & Airport staff for smooth shipment handling.
Qualifications include a BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time, located at Serena Hotel in Faisalabad, with a market-competitive salary.
