Job Description

Cravings Bakeshop is on the lookout for a skilled Operations Manager to optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, overseeing inventory, and cultivating supply chain relationships to drive efficiency in our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement process improvements and establish standard operating procedures.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate effective contracts.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize waste.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
