Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor for our Bhai Phero station. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start. The successful candidate will oversee daily station operations, monitor and mentor staff, enforce standard operating procedures, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with management and field teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Prior operations or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on-site; local candidates preferred
This position requires in-person presence at the Bhai Phero station.
