Job Description

MaxAPEX Cloud is on the lookout for a seasoned Oracle EBS HCM Consultant to assist in the implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), coupled with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate HCM needs, configure modules accordingly, collaborate with technical teams, resolve issues, and ensure comprehensive documentation practices.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, robust knowledge of Oracle HRMS, and exceptional communication skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months). Work Location: In-person.
