Job Description
Join Splash Business Intelligence as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant! In this role, you will be responsible for extracting customer data from various ERPs, understanding our product’s data model, and validating data loads. You’ll run HR and Payroll reports, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary SQL queries.
Ideal candidates should have strong SQL skills, prior HR & Payroll domain experience, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar systems. Effective communication, teamwork, and a willingness to adapt to various technologies are essential.
