Job Description

Deal20one is seeking a meticulous and accountable Order Confirmation Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage incoming orders, verify essential details, and engage with customers to ensure accuracy prior to collaborating with our operations team for seamless processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm customer orders via phone.
• Verify order details including items, quantities, and delivery addresses.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all confirmed orders.

Requirements: Strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience in e-commerce or order handling is preferred.

Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month, with additional benefits such as a fuel allowance and medical support.
