Job Description

In this vital role, you will oversee the entire order lifecycle—from receiving and processing orders to coordinating dispatch and ensuring timely communication with customers. A strong knowledge of ERP software and exceptional communication skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders.
- Update and maintain order data within our ERP system.
- Guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in order management or comparable positions.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
