Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OSS/BSS Lead to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. You will be responsible for system integration, ensuring seamless data exchange between OSS and BSS systems, as well as with other internal and external systems. This role includes overseeing the implementation, configuration, testing, and training of the OSS/BSS solution, along with ongoing maintenance and support.

Your expertise in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) will help identify areas for improvement while collaborating with stakeholders such as network engineers, customer service teams, and billing departments.
