Job Description
Logistics is looking for a committed Outbound Call Agent to oversee and coordinate freight movements at our Phase 6, DHA, Lahore facility. This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting at 50,00 PKR, with commission opportunities that can reach up to 200,00 PKR. The working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and a foundational understanding of logistics dispatching. Key responsibilities include assigning loads to drivers, tracking shipments, providing timely updates, and addressing customer inquiries.
