Job Description

Join ConnectX as an Outbound Calling Specialist! Your main responsibilities will include keeping a detailed log of calls, including those that were unanswered, and attempting to reach prospective clients who have not been contacted yet.

Skills Required:

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or a similar role
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Persuasive and results-oriented approach
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Benefits: Salary + Commission
