Job Description
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Soan Garden, Islamabad. This full-time position operates 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (US shift) with a salary of Rs40,00–50,00 per month. The role involves high-volume cold calling, email follow-up, lead qualification, appointment setting, assisting with LinkedIn outreach, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Performance is KPI-driven (calls, conversations, appointments).
- Requirements: strong English communication, BPO experience, prior exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, confidence with cold calling and objection handling, and familiarity with dialers and CRMs.
- Experience: minimum 6 months (1 year outbound sales preferred); disciplined and target-oriented.
