Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to recruit new truck drivers and carriers.
• Build relationships with potential partners.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team for onboarding.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications: Degree in business or related fields is a plus. Fresh Graduates or sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills required.
