Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales through cold calling and promptly addressing inquiries in a high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to persuade customers to purchase our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate cold calls using provided directories.
- Respond effectively to incoming calls from potential customers.
- Utilize scripts to articulate product features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs.
- Demonstrate product advantages to encourage purchases.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Address complaints professionally to uphold company reputation.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets for ongoing growth.
- Maintain records of calls and sales statistics.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates with 1-2 years of telemarketing experience will be favored.
