Job Description
Join our team at Rainbow Communications as an Outbound Sales Specialist! In this role, you will communicate with potential customers to inform them about our products and services while helping to close sales. This is an office-based position located in E11/3.
Work Schedule: 3 PM to 12:30 AM (Mon-Thu), 3 PM to 9 PM (Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize scripts to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Answer queries professionally and engage empathetically.
- Follow established CRM procedures for sales processing.
Requirements: Fluent in English, strong communication skills, and a resilient attitude toward rejections.
