Job Description
Evening Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8 (In Person)
AL GHANI Medical and Surgical is seeking a dedicated Team Lead/Supervisor to manage our Cold Calling Agents for a USA-based appointment-setting campaign within the medical and aesthetic services industry. Ideal candidates should possess 2-3+ years of experience in a BPO or call center environment, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of 5-10 agents, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews, and provide training.
Requirements: Proficient English communication skills, experience with CRM systems, and a willingness to work night shifts.
