Job Description

PayMedics is seeking a dedicated Patient Help Desk Officer to serve as a vital liaison between patients and our medical billing team. You will manage inquiries regarding billing, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth patient experience in medical billing and insurance claims. Candidates should have medical billing experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries about bills and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with patients and the billing team to resolve disputes.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical billing/customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree.
