Job Description
Mac Care is inviting skilled doctors and physicians to join our dedicated team as Patient Outreach Specialists for night shift operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee both inbound and outbound patient communications, offering essential support in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and managing medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address patient inquiries through phone and email.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Process insurance information and secure prior authorizations.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM PKST).
