Job Description
Prima Systems is looking for a dedicated Patient Support Specialist. In this full-time position, you will assist patients via phone, email, and chat to manage their appointments.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing patient appointments.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining patient records.
- Verifying insurance information.
- Educating patients on procedures.
- Ensuring confidentiality compliance.
Requirements: 1 year of US-based customer support experience, EMR/EHR proficiency, strong English communication skills, and excellent multitasking abilities.
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs130,00.00 per month
