Job Description

Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification of BBA/MBA in HR and possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in payroll software such as Oracle.
• Knowledge of attendance enrollment systems.
• Experience with calculating employee benefits, deductions, and work hours/overtime.
• Ability to generate and present financial/payroll reports.
• Experience entering new employee data into the company database.
• Advanced mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
