Job Description

Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is looking for a qualified Payroll Specialist to enhance our HR team. The successful applicant should hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage attendance and payroll processing
• Handle overtime, advances, and leave requests
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred

Compensation: Competitive salary of Rs. 60,00 – 70,00, accompanied by attractive benefits.
