Job Description
Aspire92 is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing 1099 and W2 forms, overseeing payroll processes, and utilizing QuickBooks for accounting tasks. You will also be expected to provide excellent service to clients and communicate effectively via phone, text, and email.
The ideal candidate will possess partial qualifications in ACCA or CA, demonstrate proficiency in English, and have experience with U.S. payroll processes. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel, are essential. We value excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
