Job Description
Teach The World Foundation (TTWF) is seeking an Area People & Culture Associate in Hyderabad. This role involves coordinating with HQ to plan and execute outreach activities, initiating selection processes for field associates, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. You will also assist in conducting training sessions, ensure timely document submissions, and track attendance and leaves.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include conducting exit interviews, facilitating training needs assessments, mentoring Cluster Officers, and observing facilitators during school visits.
