We are seeking a meticulous People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR team. This position involves managing payroll, tracking attendance, addressing employee grievances, and overseeing performance management while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with reporting.
- Administer attendance systems and manage employee grievances.
- Facilitate performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
