Job Description

We are seeking a Permit and License Specialist to oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, prepare individual (Form 1040) and business returns (Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065), manage tax deposits, and review credits and deductions. The role ensures permits and licenses meet regulatory requirements and maintains organized documentation.

• Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; 3-4 years U.S. tax experience; ERP and advanced Excel proficiency; excellent written and spoken English; strong document management, multitasking, and leadership skills.
