Job Description
META IT SERVICES PVT LTD is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Preparing reports and documentation.
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
- Assisting with invoicing and record-keeping.
- Maintaining online store records and client communications.
Skills required: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and 1-2 years of experience in a US-based firm.
