Job Description

S Ventures is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our reporting manager in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the manager’s emails and responding as necessary, preparing communications on their behalf, answering phone calls, and organizing travel and itineraries. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will plan and coordinate meetings, take notes, and write minutes during these gatherings. Conducting research and handling various ad hoc requests will also be required, making this position dynamic and engaging.
