Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
– Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
– Conduct research and provide detailed summaries.
– Assist with personal tasks, maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a similar role.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
