Job Description
Gravity Force is on the lookout for a highly organized and polished individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The perfect candidate will exhibit exceptional negotiation skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and a proactive approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all communication and correspondence for the CEO.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports.
- Record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and adaptability to flexible hours.
Location: Bahria Orchard Phase 4
Job Type: Full-time, 10 AM – 7 PM
Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00/month
