Job Description
Nextech Packages is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional administrative and organizational support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, communication, travel arrangements, and various administrative responsibilities, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and meeting schedules
- Handle communication and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
