Job Description
IBSTEC is actively looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Personal & Procurement Assistant to strengthen our administrative and procurement functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting management with office coordination, engaging with suppliers, and coordinating external visits related to purchasing and business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks for management.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor communication.
- Facilitate external visits for purchasing and official meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
