Job Description
Aims Technologies, Pakistan’s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a full-time Personal Staff Officer. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating the CEO’s schedule, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and providing general support.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office, multitasking capability, attention to detail, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO is required.
