Job Description
Job Overview: Link HR Consultants is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while efficiently managing staff and optimizing workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy operations and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and train pharmacy staff effectively.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure the accuracy of prescriptions.
