Job Description
Join Fulcrum Pvt Ltd as a Phone Banking Officer, based in Sadar Cantt, Lahore. This is a full-time contract position with an 8-hour rotational schedule within the banking sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of call center experience are encouraged to apply.
Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities: This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing timely responses to queries and complaints, and tracking call information, all without sales targets.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
