Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about banking products, resolving complaints, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain detailed customer records.

Requirements:
