Amanah Mall is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at meeting our vertical apartment sales targets. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents is crucial to success in this role.
Key responsibilities encompass delivering engaging property presentations and coordinating efforts with our marketing team. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in real estate, along with a comprehensive understanding of the local market.
